This is what our colonial rulers wanted India to be become and we are very near to their goal, still after so many years of freedom. Our own Indian cultural Gurukul education system, was eliminated by the English to rule us and makes us slaves of this syllabus oriented education system. Post freedom, similar to our ruling constitution, we also adapted to the education system they prepared to break our back bone and made us prise and have pride in foreign education and work culture. The best example of this adaptation is Best of 5 for SSC board. Even if this is true, we have few organizations in India following Indian ways of education enrooted in us by our ancestors. We want and try to stick to our roots, in difference to the British education system, and follow rule of holistic education under one roof.
