Absolutely baffled by the fact that this app does absolutely nothing, you cannot make a booking, cannot check what is included in the fare etc... I had to use the website to do everything. No wonder Thai airways is on the edge of collapse, not only it is more expensive than all other airlines but it cannot give an app that works correctly ... Beautiful airline with great service that need a major sorting out if it wants to stay in business or it may become a distant memory.
Impossible to book online. The app does not accept my email address, the very same address that they send confirmation to when booking by phone. I have tried many times to have this fault corrected but the staff insist there is no problem......there is and other friends have the same issue.
This app is terrible. Whenever I try to use it or book flights from UK it says timeout and doesn't work.shame because its a better airline than air Asia but their app works. Even the website doesn't work now.
Worst fight booking app ever. Totally useless. boarding pass doc cannot be opened. Make very high risk for users to miss the filght.
What kind of airline company like you pay for the refund took approximately 45days work after the approval, Even now its took 3weeks, the refund process still pending,not approval yet, After approval still have to wait for the payment/transfer the money to my card, Make all things look so simple when do the reservation, but after that,cancellation do by your company as you like want to do, And now also make your customer so hard to get the refund. So disappointed with your company.'
