Comments:
The app doesn't work. When you click order it takes you to the different stores but they all say they're offline and you can't select any of them. A staff member at one of the stores listed as offline is the one who told me to install the app. I don't understand it's purpose. You can't even see their menu, let alone order food. Staff need to check the app before suggesting customers install it.
Says that stores are offline even though they are open. Doesn't even have a menu. Big waste of money for ottos. Imagine paying money to a developer to make an ordering app that doesn't even work lol..
App has been touch and go in the past but the updated version is a lot easier to use.
