1.0 Introduction

A MedNexGeN system is prepared for Indian health sector medical practitioners. Using this system both doctors and patients can prepare and easily manage their documents. This management system is a good way of arranging/maintaining the documents, this also help doctors send digital prescription

1.1 Purpose
MedNexGeN system should facilitate adding, deleting and updating patients seamlessly. Moreover, it should be user-friendly and understandable.
The aim of the project is to prepare a system, which enables doctors to send digital prescription to patients. The system should have a high usability level with its user-friendly interface, simplicity in usage and success in practice.

1.2 Scope
The scope of the project can be summarized as follows:
• To prevent getting lost of patients information.
• To help patients in locating the nearest doctor.
• To create a community of medical practitioners and their patients.
• To report concisely the doctor-patient relationship by keeping every tiny detail of every appointment that takes (will take) place between them.
• To allow doctors to upload their profile and showcase their businesses.
