Very solid app. Looks like they’ve combined the best of a few different worlds and put them together into one place. So far my user experience has been positive. Uploading has a lot of options which I now like (though they took me a little while to figure out, maybe a tutorial would help), great look and design, lots of cool features. Upload speed is a bit slower than I would like, but overall, really nice.
Amazing! This is the best photo sharing app that I’ve found so far. I’ve taken a look and used most of the others out there – Google, FamilyAlbum, etc…..but this seems to have everything all wrapped into one well thought out service. Uploading time is a bit slow, but assuming that will get better as the app progresses.
About a year ago we had all of our photos digitized, but they were just given to us on a thumb drive, which is not very shareable and easily lost. We’ve started the process of uploading these images to Leavemark it’s been great. I would love to see a feature that makes it easier to upload larger volumes of photos though in some type of a massive dump. It’s a bit time consuming to upload 100 at once.
I love that this app gets back to the core of what social media was for. Staying connected with our closest family and friends. I feel like traditional social media has just become a place to spread misinformation and negativity. I like that Leavemark seems to be focused on a more positive experience.
Really good app, we just need to get more people on it. The time and space capsule features are unique and have been fun to use. I keep inviting friends and I’m starting to get some traction with pulling people over. Come on people, start inviting others and let’s make a movement away from Facebook!'
