This app is so wishy-washy. It works one minute and then after an update, it doesn't. Currently, I am getting a message that the Device is not online. The crazy thing is, the device is working I can see all cameras on my TV but just not using this app!!
`Can't login after update. Correct S/N, username and password used. Comes back as "Device account or password error". This is the second time it's happened after an update. I can login with windows IE with the same info, so I don't know what is going on.`,Bought the backstreet surveillance system specifically for the app to see real time on a smart device. The app worked for 3 months then they updated it and will not find my cameras. Do not get Backstreet Surveillance System! Horrible customer service and now app doesn't work!
I have been using this app for a while now but since. I'd November I have not been able to playback my dvr so I have no idea what goes on around my properties unless I am looking at it live..this is a huge inconvenience at this point I wish I could try a diferent app there have not not even an update on this one since last year....
Playback function is awful. The bar disapeers, skips around, goes blank, and stops working to the point you have to restart the app. Recording video in playback is 4 to 8 minutes off from what you are attempting to save.'
