The idea is great but doesnt work as well as it should. Love to see pictures of what my kids are up to at nursery but half of the time it doesnt work or load up any pictures and some of the features just dont work at all. Such as the baseline graph, can see this has been uploaded by staff but unable to even navigate to this oage as the icon for it simply doesnt show on my app. If more work was put in to this on both sides of the app this would be perfect.
Decent enough app, little dated looking but OK. Recent issues with Android 12 resolved with a few weeks by developer, I'm OK with that.
App has stopped working, Samsung ultra s21. Not really a big deal for me, as missus can screenshot my daughter's pics across to me, so it doesn't effect every handset. Can see why a few users are upset. Would revert rating back to 5* when app works for my handset again
App no longer logs in, reports there is a bug and needs updating. Terrible Contacted company via email and apparently there's nothing wrong with their app, it's Samsungs fault for updating their software Can't even get past the parent link interface to login page
Good app when used well by the nursery. It's a shame photos can't be saved/downloaded. That would be a good feature. Also getting notifications would be great."
