Laws should be clearly expressed and in general terms.
Laws should be stable and not change frequently.
Law-making should be guided by open and clear rules.

Comments:
Very handy app, deserving of a 5 star but because there is no way of removing the ads, I have only given it a 4 star. Could have charged a small fee of $0.99 to remove the ads.
Won't load just get a message that there is no internet connection, there is definitely an internet connection as all my other net based apps work fine.
This app need's to be on everyone's phone or even stored on you SD Card. That way we can get a few people done for harassment, abuse in general and physical/mental/monetary abuse and Defermination. For us Stratians we need it to have on our phone's just in case mode. NEVER GET RID OF THIS APP, IT'S IMPORTANT.
awesome pocket guide app for law students and the like :)
This app was great. Sadly, now will not load at all.'
