This book has one goal; which is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. After years of working with many workers, deacons, pastors, and new converts, I am sad to say that I have not found anyone who has a systematic discipleship program, from start to finish, that is the same every time or that makes sense. I'm sure there are many and this will be one more, but I hope it touches someone's life. When I think of all the time and effort that is wasted, or the many times we have left new Christians in a confused state of mind because we don't have a discipleship plan, it breaks my heart. We must show them what they need to know and do in order to function properly in the body of Christ.
