Very bad experience, I brought 4 IR bluster on November 2020, always is gose offline and also not able to work with Alexa, I asked the services team but they dont have any idea how connect with Alexa and not able to rectify offline issues, also very expensive, i paid 4500 for each while other brands have 1500 with better options, i got cheated with this company, they use zmote application which is worst app to use, never response by their service team, i was following them from last 7 months,
Ver badly designed wifi paring method. The guy who designed have no idea about the site condition. As a integrator we are struggling in all our site.
Once in a Blue Moon it works... seems mid 2019 onwards its not working properly...
