Absolutely worthless. I rate this app negative 5 stars. Just freezes and tells me to update app in order to use, yet there is no update available.
Can't sign in...when I click on the box to input my phone number or user name, it freezes and won't let me input anything. So this app is useless. Samsung Galaxy S20
Can't access the app. It says to update the app before using and there is no update available. Pretty pathetic that the phone service company doesn't have a usable app!
Doesn't Work! Try to log in and all it says is subscriber not found. You'd have better luck with uncle Rico's time machine.
It's not allowing me to do an update so I can go back to paying online please fix this issue so I can use the app again and then I'll add more stars.......
