Be prepared to spend a few days working out the permissions that you previously had after changing owners. We had to fix my access when we first used this app. Now I have to do this all over again.
When it's working it's great! Great way to communicate. But the last week it has not been working at all. Gives an HTTP error code or forever acts like it's loading.
Its great. Employee's get the schedule weekly on the App. They can request coverage for there shifts which helps a great deal with call outs. You can create shifts if you have a need for a shift and most times my own people in store fill the shifts but other surrounding stores employees can pickup shifts also. Thank you, it makes life easier for us.
This app has been so helpful and is easy to use. I can communicate things with my crew with out having to constantly update contacts in my phone! Crew can see when they are scheduled to work with out having to come into or call a busy store.
it has been much easier to cover shifts using this app. Not only that, but the ability for crew people to see their schedules, and my managers to see who they have on their shifts ahead of time with just the touch of their thumb is amazing.'
