NeoCarillon plays all possible patterns (or notes and chords) for a 'list' of selected notes, according to a generated sequence. In other words, it "Rings the Changes" on this list. This application is mostly intended to be a teaching example for programmatic tone generation and mixing using Java, but it can also create some interesting 'tunes'.

However, these tunes may not be overly interesting to anyone who isn't also interested in music theory or binary math.
