This used to be a good but the changes they made are absolutely frusrating and stupid. Insted of listing the stops according to the bus route, they switched to listing the stops in numerical order according to the bus stop number. Now it takes forever just to find the stop your looking. And once you find the stop, whichever direction you intend on going, once you click on it, it gives you the opposite direction. Now you have to start all over again. The whole process is aggrivating asf.
This app used to be reliable but now the streets are not even in order. They're all scattered when you try to choose the street that your stop is at. Also, when I choose a particular direction it ends only showing one direction and mainly the opposite direction in which I want to go in. Not only that but bus times will disappear and reappear only when its about make its stop which is super inconvenient.
Improvements still need to be made to the app. I'm sure as the new lines get built and the LA Olympics nears, fixes will happen. **Map needs to be better than just a png or whatever it is. **A news or updates section for us to check in on the progress being made to the new lines, including scheduled completion dates. **Would be nice to be able to reload Tap cards through the app. **If there are delays or station closures would be nice to have that as a banner or listed in a new tab for delays.
This app is not savvy for a person on the move. Too many different windows to open. It's not friendly at all. It sucks!!! It doesn't designate what direction the bus is going when it gives the intersections. It is not user friendly at all! Google maps is better. Next bus is better. A paper map and bus schedule is better! It is poorly designed!
Chose my bus line click to next page chose my direction click to next page. That page was a list of what seemed over 100 stops all presented in completely random order, not arranged by alphabet or where they appear on the route. After finding a stop that was close enough I clicked through. All I got was play online buttons for sponsored games and absolutely no info of any kind, tried it 8 times on 8 stops all the same result. They put a tiny effort into making the front page real and nothing else.'
