I need urgent assistance in unable to log onto my app...I was able to log in the day before quiet fine but today I'm struggling and receiving an error messaging....I'm currently on maternity leave and do not have access to my work email therefore I was making use to the app to check my monthly payslip.Please help!!

Received wonderful assistance from the service center when I was facing challenges with the app. And it seems to be working just fine.

It used to work, but not anymore. I uninstall and re-install but still cannot work (invalid username or password). When using PC is working perfectly.

I can't get my InfoSlips to show anything, it comes up completely Blank and I tried about everything, I uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and till nothing?! my company sends me payslips and I can't see a thing and they don't understand why. it's becoming annoying and I want to deactivate it so I can reactive it but it doesn't work. that is how my colleagues got it to work so I don't now what the problem is, maybe my phone is too old lol, please assist."
