The app works most of the times, however it needs to improve some critical aspects. When I used it, I tried to buy some tickets. After confirming the purchase in my bank the app gave me an error so I didn't get the tickets. I tried a second time and it worked but the money has already been taken from my account so I ended up paying twice the normal price.
It says one price price and when you go to check out it says another price.
The app does not work for last couple of months. When I want to see my tickets (which I could before) an error occurs saying that the app could not get data from the server. I have tried to log in and out and to uninstall and istall app again but without any success.
Wow! This new app is everything. The user interface is so smooth and everything is displayed very neatly. Makes booking a bus ticket a really fast and easy process, as you can do everything directly in the app on your phone. Awesome job!
