I don't know what is serial number on collar
I orderd my dog collar a month ago. Recieved the order no issues. Just the collar shows gps Old alot on this app, says my dog is 400m sometimes from my property, when he Is right beside me. Other than this it is well built and great principle.
My dog managed to slip his collar in dense scrubland chasing a rabbit. As the battery was running out the collar sent its position by text message. It was a simple task finding it with Google maps. Brilliant piece of kit!
Had three collars for my lot for two years now. Tracks. Records. Makes me feel more relaxed about dog theft (though never lower my guard). Fantastic support team if there's a problem
Been using this on my 5 month old beagle for the last 4 weeks. He's always off into the bushes. Satellite and compass mode allow me to see that he hasn't strayed into neighbouring gardens. Have recommended it to several other dog walkers."
