When it works, this app is really fun. Unfortunately, when we are asked to to scan the sides to verify, every time we get to yellow (which is the last color) it says the lighting isn't good. We've tried multiple different lighting situations and it always comes up with this error. Because of that, we can't unlock the instructions in the learn section. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and continue to have the same problem. Great idea, poor execution.
Hello, I purchased the cube for my 5 year old because I saw an app that was available to assist with completing the cube. I've been checking the app and it doesn't work at all. The screen is black when I open it. I've deleted the app and added it back on my phone and others but it doesn't work. Please advise.
`Won't get past "scramble up the cube" screen. Can't do anything until I get past this screen. All asked permissions have been granted. Tried clearing cache. Nothing. Pixel 3A XL phone. Android 11.`,Useless. It tells you to scramble the cube and that's it. Never gets further.
yeah...good idea in concept but absolute failure in terms of execution. straight up false advertising in my opinion'
