`I've recently downloaded this app to run a few tests before putting it to use in live situations from the beginning of January 2021. I think "simple but effective" sums up my current thoughts. In other words, can I create a rental property and then be able to track all the paid rent receipts under that specific property. Can we upload photos of the specific property? Is there a way for the receipt to remember the information without having to type it in each time? Like auto fill of data. Is there a way to get rid of ads.
Very simple....like ME. I love the ease of it and tenants like it too. Only thing I wish u could save your signature & also tenants info. Each time u have to generate a new reciept. I still love it & that's all I would change. Thanks
I really really do like this app! It has came in handy a lot!! It's great, it's awesome, it's perfect! I recommend this app to anyone trying to keep track of paying rent!
Easy-to-use barebones app all I needed was be able to give receipts to tenants but it holds their name and address and contact information which is helpful'
