Health Care Providers & staff 5 stars. Phone app: Never been able to access video appointment through phone app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times w/o success. No response from assistance text. Can access video from laptop but not cell.
App kept saying I didn't have an appointment, even though receptionist saw it in the system. After two hours, tech support has not replied yet.
Shortness of breath.walking makes it worse. Cannot sleep Good appetite. No chest or pain anywhere
had app. wednesday at three. its now thursday nighr and my perscription still has not been callwd in. i called northville office they were very rude. they said you will get it when the dr. calls it in. Envision med. is a joke.
