Circles offers two kinds of support:

* Voices. New feature! Drop-in, anonymous, and voice-only chatrooms, led by peers around topics that affect mental health. Download the Circles app and tap the Voices tab to get relief instantly.

* Groups. Subscription-based online support groups with weekly video meetings, led by professionals.

Group members get access to:

- Professional guidance from a mental health expert with expertise in your particular situation
- 24/7 access to your facilitator and group members via online text chat
- Science-based tools and exercises for emotional healing

Our facilitators are vetted and screened based on their experience and accreditations, and trained by our team. They have significant experience in their subject areas and leading online support groups based on proven methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and tools for coping with various life events.
