My app stopped working, wont even load without getting an error message. I have deleted & reinstalled twice now. I have emailed customer support & email was sent back stating delivery failure.
Ive had these cameras for several years and used to love them. My daughter borrowed them for a time and now that i have them back, i can't log in offer create a new account. Keep getting an error saying system services unable to reach network. Please resolve and I'll give a better rating
This company is out of business, so you need an alternative way to view, alert, etc. for the cameras. This software no longer works, so no cloud storage either.
I have been trying to set up the account for over an hour. It will not accept my email, then it accepts my email and will not except my password and keeps giving me error messages. So I tried to call the phone numbers, log into their website or do a chat. None of them work it is as if the company does not exist. Now as far as I'm concerned, this company does not exist and the equipment is garbage because I can't use it without an active account.
Total waste does nothing cant even connect sux total bs you try to create an acct. Get it all done. CAN'T connect SAYS CAN NOT FIND SITE... A Waste of time space!!!!"
