Big frauders..Don't get Bharti assist insurance.They are not respect ur time.I complaint around 40days still no one come to pickup my phone for repair.They give me schedule appointment on 1 June (10Am-1PM) but they don't come.When I call customer care,they said u have to wait for 5-7 working days to pickup ur phone.Now u think how many months they took to delivered my phone .Don't take Bharti assist care even in free also.M also spread all this info in social networking sites.
