Play this online game named TeamBucket.

Pull requests are critical part of day-to-day software engineering work. They allow to:
- Analyze and fix code bugs before reaching the mainline
- Ensure understanding of particular product pieces by all the team members
- Extremely improve collaboration within the team - based on code style, algorithms and approach discussions

It is critical however to make sure that pull requests process is not an overhead to the team. Based on observations, code reviews that have many engineers assigned to It seem to be easily overdue. The same is true for pull requests that are assigned to people already overloaded with other reviews. Overloaded pull requests tend to miss appropriate code analysis and testing of the proposed changes.

Goals to make the pull requests process efficient are following:
- A team has to equally load balance pull requests between its members
- Up to 2 engineers can be assigned to a review
- Code changes should be merged only when code is analyzed, tested and approved by the assigned engineers
- Once assigned a pull request, reviewer should take a look at It within 2-4 business days
- Team lead, posing a manager role, can be assigned to every pull request created in the team
