Please upgrade! 1. The notification doesn't show which room for the alert 2. Can't turn off night vision 3. Have to buy a plan for each camera separately or use the free one that comes with it...which is basically nothing 4. It says the camera pans the room every 6 minutes. Mine doesn't 5. Can't default the camera position. If it detects a bug, tracks it to the wall, it stays pointing at the wall until I move it 6. Doesn't motion detect from 360°. Only from the lens view 7. Doesn't detect sounds
No Video Replay ...So when I first purchased from Wayfair I just needed something for my small apartment. I wanted to make sure no one was entering my apartment without permission. The Wayfair purchase includes 2 camera's and at first I was only using one and it took me a minute to set it up but once I figured things out it worked well for what I needed. Then I decided to add the second camera but it didn't seem to function properly. So I decided to go back to one camera and it's not working.
Was working fine; now (as of the werk of Nov. 08 2020), all 4 cameras refuse to allow me to watch recirded video! TF card DID record, but the app will no longer display the blue timeline to indicate previous time recorded. Kind of makes the app useless, if I have to climb a ladder, remove the card just to see IF there is any motion...
Terrible set up instructions. Absolutely can not even set up an account regardless of any possible route I've found. Setup instructions in the included manual AND the video online look so easy and hassle free. I get to about the 2nd step and hit a wall. Just nowhere to go. Can not register account. Not even a Help tab or Having Issues tab to look at. I've been on youtube for hours looking for a similar product to try the set up it used. Have not been this frustrated in a long time Maybe ever
Their app does not support their products. Product documentation is non-existent except for the newest model. App says my phone is connected 5ghz wifi when phone doesn't support it and neither do the cameras. Daughter gave me two of their useless cameras cause she had same problem. I thought I might be able to connect RTSP stream to security server through the ethernet port. Can't do that either. Only functions with their software on the WLAN. Why does it even have a Lan port? Off to search hack"
