I have the premium membership and it wasn't letting me optimize for a long time and now it wont even find simple addresses I've found hundreds of times before. Not sure what is going on but i cant even find a support email address to try and get help. I'm going to switch apps
This app was perfect, until today. For some reason it wouldn't let me search and add addresses to my route. It wouldn't let me place a stop on the map by holding my finger down on the screen either. If it's fixed tomorrow I'll change my review.
Used this app for years, but now it suddenly can't find ANY addresses. Everyone I know at work who uses this app has the same problem. Waited several months now and no fix. Completely and totally useless now.
`This app used to work properly but now when I type in an address a message shows up saying "Advance search... No results found.". So here's another useless app that I've decided to get rid of.`,Worked with app for years and now all of sudden it just working. Not 100% why, and was about to start paying again till this happend.
