With the Spider app you will be able to access several integrated applications of the company, which would be enabled over time.

You will be able to report and manage the incidents requested from the IT area, see their status and be notified when there is an update on your incident or requirement.
It also has an option that will help to have updated contacts of the company, to have a better communication and response and daily procedures.
