How Smart Move works
Choose the body part or type of routine you would like to train and the specific exercises that you would like to do on a particular day. Finally you can perform your chosen exercises in the sequence and intensity you prefer. A demo video of each exercise can be found when pressing the play button.

By pressing the "Start-Button" you will see which exercises you already did as well as info about how much you performed. After performing an exercise tick the corresponding box after entering the number of sets and repetitions you did and your information will be saved in your account.

Under "Reports" you can find a report of your performance in a particular time period chosen by you. Choose simply for which period you would like to see your report and you will be returned the details of your past training. This will help you to organize your future training sessions as you will be able to see which body part or kind of routine would need more emphasis. You can also export your report in an Excel format.
