The overall experience is bad while using this app. No mention of any refunds when the booking is canceled and they are charging Rs. 50 for it. No response for the email that was sent as well. Some of the features just do not work and it feels more like an after thought.
The user interface is very clunky and not even close to modern standards. Booking an appointment costs money but it critically does not mean its guaranteed to be at the time (vet clinics are notoriously hard to manage within the 15min slots the app gives) and what's worse is you can go directly to the vet and request the person on the floor to set up an appointment for you for free. Honestly a little disappointed I paid for booking my slots when I didn't have to and the fact they weren't honored
Why ₹50 on scheduling an appointment? Cancelled the appointment but no refund or nothing about it.. Very bad

doctor total e waste in responsible I took my Beagle with him the Beagle In The Heat show breed with him he given everything injection medicine after mating computed with my another male again I took the Beagle to he given tablet Evion 200 mg and he told continue this tablet morning and evening I got doubt but anyway I trust him after few days my dog become full of skin allergy and I stopped the tablet immediately done the Beagle came normal stage after I told him but no answer super doctor'
