Cancelled a ride and they've taken my money and not refunded me, wouldn't recommend. Ridiculous, I've had this happen a lot. As well as this I ordered a taxi over an hour in advance and it still showed up 20 minutes late. What's the point of being able to order it for a certain time if it never shows up for this time. Absolutely stupid.
App okay when using pay by cash option. Always managed to get a taxi when needed. However I always get a 'billing postcode too long' error when trying by card. The postcode has been entered in the correct format. If there is an error with the format this should be checked when entering postcode in card setup and not at the point of ordering a taxi.
Taxi company is the worst by far doesn't matter if you precooked a taxi well in advance its still going to be extremely late. Not only that they keep cranking the prices up every month or so and they have bought up evey other company so there is no competition and feel like they can do what they like because of it.
Chenged phone now I can't log in deleted app.re installed and now my phone number is on the system so app ask for another number!!.going round in circles,bit there cars!!!
Good app when used as intended, but shady. Android 12 says it's pasting from clipboard when ordering a taxi. Any kind of sensitive info could be collected by this app."
