Batteries may suffer overcharge for various reasons and sometimes devices indicate the wrong state of charge. A fully charged Lithium Ion cell will have a voltage of around 4.3 Volts under charge - the voltage should ( generally speaking ) not exceed that.

this is a good app for single purpose measurement (voltage only). calibration is the same as other apps.
Could have implemented an option to change the units to mV. V is useless to me as I have to monitor in 4.35 mV range.
Does what it says. Reported battery voltage. At nearly 3mb maybe it could be smaller.
