By far my favorite navigation system. Easy to use, tons of different customization options, I especially love the push and hold anywhere on the satellite view and being able to route to that specific spot, this feature is invaluable as sometimes addresses are different than where you actually need to go onsite; for example a mine,construction site etc. Will continue to subscribe. Thanks for an amazing app!!
Good app, but not excellent. I have used this app for 3 years and renewed my subscription again recently. I depend on it. It does occasionally try to route me through trees or across railroad tracks without a crossing road. But I always review the route in satellite mode and can avoid most issues. You should definitely read the FAQ's and pay close attention to your settings. I've found one route to Kent WA that is just wrong. I dont like nasty customer service response comments though.
Ok I'm sure tons of people are like man does this app really work or is it really worth the money. Answer is yes be smart get the 3 years more for your money. I've used these for going on 2 years now. I've driving to the majority of the states on the east coast. Including NYC downtown Brooklyn anywhere on long island you can think of. One time it messed up and got lost on where it was going. Other than that never once put me on a road I wasn't supposed to be on. Or to low bridge... well worth it.
I have used this app off and on for a couple of years. It has failed me once by routing to a truck restricted neigborhood. I sent the makers of the application an email, the only response was, We are looking into why it went down this way. No follow up. I just reinstalled the application this month and had no issues. It has failed to to keep a signal but that is an issue with my phone. overall I am please and is worth the subscription price.
First trip and the app drops me 1/4 mile from my location on a load rated road. I was stuck with either backing up against traffic or going forward. I opted not to kill people. So I switched to Google maps and got to my drop. Wish someone could make an app for truck drivers that worked as well as Google maps works for cars. Gee, what a super genius idea.'
