**Update** I admit I installed in a hurry and missed the information about charges taken by the developer for each refund. The refunds provided by TOCs are pretty measly anyway, so to lose nearly 1/4 using this app seems expensive. But for those who wouldn't be bothered to apply for refunds, it might be worth the cost. I tried the app for a cancelled train this morning and it didn't work. The developer contacted me after an initial 1 star review - which I was impressed by. The app is a great idea and I wish it had have worked more effectively, but at this point it's difficult to see how I could give it more than two stars when I think the service is expensive and I have no evidence that it actually works. I'll persevere and update after my next delay.

Really useful to be able to manage all my delay repay claims in one place. Great to have the consumer choice of using a third party rather than having to deal with a train company directly.

I'd tried delay repay before and never got the money I was owed. I used this app for my last delayed train journey and it was seamless - got the money back very quickly. Highly recommend !

No season ticket functionality, doesn't recognise delays caused by a train skipping a station and no account deletion link. Waste of time unless you're doing an irregular journey and the delay is caused by simple lateness.
