Poor diction of a recorded voice and its (probably nervous) issues with taking a breath in proper moments while speaking disrupt the whole aspect of meditation. I just simply can't listen to it for long. It works quite the opposite to what this app should do.
Great app for helping me releive daily stress and to top it off it's free unlike other apps out there
Great app to practice Mindfulness
So far, So good... may increase to 5. We'll see.
It's a really good app. I've used the guided sessions everyday and found them very helpful. It's very easy to navigate around and it has lots of extra resources to read. Would definitely recommend."
