I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the issue that recently occurred where a few lines specifically the N6X is suddenly missing the real time vehicle tracker. Also I've noticed some buses that arrived the vehicle tracker doesn't appear on the app which kind of defeat the purpose of having this feature.
This app is very inaccurate, im almost all the time late for work. The buses never show up on time. The times are always switch. Very inconvenienting
This app is only good for bus tickets and even at that the fare is too high I literally have to spend 100+ a month. The only convenience is having the ticket electronically and seeing the 2hr transfer countdown.
Works great. One suggestion would be to display the date and time bigger and more clearly on the activated ticket so that it is easy for the drivers to check it.
There are scheduled buses that never show, and if they do they're late, so the estimated arrival time is always off. This app needs work and to be updated more frequently."
