Absolute garbage. Gave it to my son but after 30 minutes of trying to get it to do anything remotely fun or educational we gave up. Back to TV we go. It's 2021, but the voices are mechanical, it's NOT a touch screen. Can't play puzzles with 4 scroll buttons. Can't ask questions, it's mostly clueless. The answers there from Google and not in a form that kids can understand. To top it all off, the stories are recorded by non English speaker, so half of the time you can't understand anything.
Device ID shows up but when I try to connect I get a message that says can't connect. I know this is the correct device code
Miko 2 and the support staff exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a imteractive toy that sings, dances, tells stories and responds to simple commands. What I got was a truly mobile and expandable tablet with SIRI. It's an iPhone 11 with wheels. The ability of the facial reognition capability to respond to a childs emotions was a nice surprise. Shubhen aka. Mike explained the app expansion capability of the Knowledge World app. and expunded on Teleconnect and Autopilot. Thank You Shubhem
Useless wastage of money. Just working like a Google nothing else. Dont waste $300 for nothing. If u tell the robot for the story you have to purchase it. For everything you have to purchase from Google store. A very bad experience and disappointment. Don't waste your money. No customer support. Wifi error. Connection error very hard to understand and difficult to manage. Just work like a Google nothing special or new believe me.
Horrible. The app cannot find any network. There are no solutions on your site and no tech support. This is just another useless expensive toy.'
