Not yet use for parking, but have registered vehicles info, which was a smooth process. The app looks ok, although could have been better. Good effort overall which makes parking payment convenient. However, the very high minimum RM20 top-up would stop many people from using the app. If the minimum top-up is reduced to RM5, then the usage rate should spike up.

Very Bad. Try to sign-up but this apps keep mentioning that my email address is invalid. Change to another email address,also same error appear.

System very poor. Doesn't able to connect to the server just now and ended up kena saman. VERY IMPRESSIVE APP. RESPECT! Hire some talents lah please

Hi. Your system is unstable and many times unable to connect and to load. I'm sure my internet work fine. Can you pls fix it? Thanks. Aside, to the government officials, we need another service provider soon to enhance the quality of service and if we are moving into digital but of cause we can always make a u turn and use back the paper coupon. Then I noticed that is no button to refund the amount. So whatever amount you transfer into the apps, hardly you can take back. Users beware.

Problematic is the word to descibe this app. The app will not run. Just kept turning and turning. At times it will just lock you out automatically. And when i key in my password, it cannot log on. Tried using the forgot my password function. You have had to have the patience doing so. Suggest the paper coupon is more reliable.'
