Liftr calculates your performance in compound exercises like bench press, deadlift and squat by comparing your results with other Liftr users. Track your personal records and compare yourself with other lifters. Whether you're a powerlifter, olympic weightlifter, or just someone who does strength straining. We all want to know how strong we are in comparison with others, Liftr lets you do just that!
The app also includes instructions per exercise so you know how to perform them correctly and which muscle groups are used.
