Our app has two kinds of users: travelers and shoppers.
when you act as a traveler you have to add a trip and it's all data, if you found a shipment that matches your trip data, you can send the shipment owner an offer to carry his shipment with you.
Another way you can act as a shopper and add the shipment data that you want to send from one city to another city and contact travelers to carry it for it.
