The app is good and the delivery is fast, but the main issue is the product quality, material is so bad i bought a set and the t-shirt colour was different from the short not at all as it shows in the pictures. The short material is so thick while the t-shirt is too light that u can see the skin through it. Also it would be much helpful if you can put a product review service so we can see what people says about the product before buying it.
Overall the app works great, nothing wrong with boohoo. What is wrong, is the courier service they have partnered with isn't the best. Customer service of the courier isn't great, there are no actual follow ups or scheduling given to suit the customer, I had to keep calling to see where my package was and wasn't given the right information every time I contacted them. It was like a treasure hunt for my delivery. To the point where they finally told me where I could go and just pick it up myself.
Good shopping application with good quality. They need to be more accurate with the size measurements and fabric material. It would be also easier to make options in filtering products.
The app barely and takes forever to load, very inefficient and not user friendly, please work on that for us to be able to shop, also the prices are different in the main website, why are MENA prices higher?
