The 3M™ Mobile Electronic Monitoring Manager application allows users to perform essential monitoring functions without the need of a computer. The application can be accessed using either Wi-Fi or the mobile device’s cellular network.

Updates:

Offender: From hardware, assignment is available. Press the context menu icon and press ‘Assign’ to go to the screen.
Offender: From hardware, unassignment is available. Press the context menu icon and press ‘Unassign’ to go to the screen.
Offender Monitor: Results can now be grouped together by customers when the `All` option is visible in the customers drop down list in settings with groups being collapsible.
Maps: Last point icons are now colored based on status.
