WorkReady is an Talent Management System that consist of

1) Performance Management
- Develop Goals, Determine skills required, KPI and measurement metrics for your staff.
- Allow both Manager and Staff to review measuresments by setting review dates.

2) Competency Mapping and Management
- Create company-wide skills requirements for each job and the level which staff needs to attain.
- Provide a consistent approach to all staff with the same job function

3) Skillset Inventory Management
- Collate all certifications and skill set of your staff to one central system to be reviewed and allow HR to provide key skills metrics towards company vision and mission.

4) HR Request Management
- Bringing HR ever closer to all staff but providing a live platform for request management and closure of each request

5) Succession Planning
- Use "Plans" to create review and timeline for Succession Planning

6) Survey and Quiz Management
- Create company-wide or department-wide survey and quiz for areas to gather feedback and data collection.

7) Training Management
- Create, registers and deploy training calendar for staff to register and attain approval from their direct manager.
