It needs more categories in step 4. There are things I could report as a stop go but the categories are not there. For example, a fire exit being blocked and identified by a manager, there should be something for this. Needs improving.
The app will not go past the contract number page. I entered the six digit code but the page just hangs. All i can do at this point is close it down. What if i have a serious safety problem and lifes are at risk?
