Lousy app that I cannot login after paying for a subscription. Emailed helpdesk but didn't get a response!
Honestly, one of the worst app experience ever. Either they are an amateur app development team, or they couldn't be bothered to solve the bugs. How on earth do anyone have the guts to even launch this buggy app in the first place is absolutely mind boggling.
Either the app is buggy, or the platform system is faulty. Reported an issue with the subscription and it is still not resolved till now (about 3 weeks already). Interface is not user friendly. Poor experience overall!
App is not intuitive & user-friendly.. prompt password error despite resetting it. Hope to see improvement in 3 months time..
Cant load. App asked for permission for storage & nothing happened after. Just a blank page. Waste of time.'
