I will also rate this app as well as MAXIS a -10, their line is ultimate bad even in town section and I have tried to open myMaxis app monthly during bill payment since 2019 until now in 2022, and I am always asked to type in the number in the message received, but I will never receive the message with the pin number. I have called 123 to complain on this matter so many times, even my phone will disconnect the calls automatically in the middle of conversation. VERY LOUSY SERVICE. BAD. Lousy co..

It's really annoying. I can't change the value added service via the app. Alrdy uninstall and reinstalled but nothing's change. Also, alrdy login through my PC but also the same. Can't even call the customer service so why bother to put the 'call our customer service'.

Totally stuck, can't log in, coz mobile not registered, when I sign up, can't sign up mobile is already registered. I tried calling 123, the entire menu there is no option for this issue or to talk to someone. I went to FAQ, no help, I tried WhatsApp chat, they only have options to sell plans. can't even interact there.. have nowhere to go and I don't know how to pay my bill... this has been happening for few days and now my bill is overdue. FYI I was using the app for years without this problem

The line getting slower around 12pm to 4pm recently. It happened in January and February too. No action has been taken after my complaint. Yet, only robot is answering you during complaint!! I am sure it is not about coverage problem. This matter occured at west Malaysia and also east Malaysia. Low signal sign and even no signal could be happened in the same period of time (during afternoon)! Incredible!!! Poor service!

Hate this app. I can never access it whenever I click on the app, it's always just loading at the splash screen. Sometimes I have to wait 15minutes to get to the dashboard page. Pls fix this."
