`I am home all day and had setup security camera at the front door. No one showed up or buzzer at all but the status said "customer available-delivery returned". Wish Marks didn't use this company.`,This app does not work properly. I just signed up on their website, go to log in via their app and it kept stating invaled email / passcode. Try a second time around, the same message popped up. Also trying to click on the website link below does not work nor can you sign up from the app, has to be done via their website. Well if u already on the website whats the point of the app really...
I never heard about this company till Mark's warehouse send my order and I had two packages one the driver left my package out side my building didn't even bother the buzzer and package is missing the second delivery said it delivered the picture is not even my building what a shame.....this days everyone opens a couriers company and hired unprofessional people that it doesn't make you a couriers company.....Canada post Thank you for your professional services
Two improvements would great: 1- the ability to set default map app (right now when you open map, always asks Google or Waze) 2- in itinerary orders, need ability to view only the route you are currently doing ( bird view is confusing when all routes show at once )
The address font size it too small. The address in many cases wrong because the application uses the apartment number not the building.'
