I just wonder why there is no option of giving 0 star. One of the most pathetic apps I have ever seen. This is not how a startup works. We didn't have had anything since morning and I placed an order at 7:20 and paid online at the same time. At 8:30 they responded (after my follow-up) that they won't be able to deliver my order as there was some connectivity issue in processing the payment. 0 star from my side. Disgusting
App is too slow. Why there is a bug in there which makes it slow??? And why it is showing every retuarant close when i personally called and asked them they told its open????
The two stars is for the app, because the app is good and intuitive. But the most essential point that an app credits by is it's service. I have several time ordered food through restaurant enabled through the app. But to my dismay most of the time the orders are not delivered properly. There is no option to raise a concern or complaint against any order and the money that we had spent is just LOST. There is no customer service option actively present as well.
I like the options it show inside, I mean the restaurant in port Blair area. But I don't like the code or OTP system in it. I wanted to order food for my lunch...it shows a code has been sent to my number, that code never came in my number..so...I didn't liked it much...
I liked they way it makes ordering foods from the vast variety in from one spot , but delivery range small for you should increase your delivery range wide so it might be easy and convenient to all of us get service of all the restaurants and cafes And pls tell the restaurant people to keep on updating there menu what things are available or not I found it many times that they not have particular thing which I want then they contact us to change our order to this to what is available .'
