i) Call for help registration code has been added.
ii) One Time Password has been added.
iii) Spamming of OTP has been fixed.
iv) If the emergency has been reported and no responder is accepting the reported emergency, emergency will be automatically cancelled
and the user in distress can report again.
v) User in distress can now cancel emergency as long as there is no responder taking action on it.
