Looks like this app might be helpful for me. I'm not a Veteran or even family or friend of one, so I hope it's OK for me to use this app. A suggestion... There needs to be a way to bookmark where you left off when doing the surveys or exercises. If you get interrupted part way through, you have to start all over again when you get back into the app - even just accidentally hitting the back button causes the same thing to happen... That doesn't help my frustration levels at all.
