The primary functions include viewing and updating grower farm information, viewing grower credit risk scores and history, creating credit requests, viewing credit request approval status, and analytics on credit portfolio. CTVs/RTVs spend the majority of their time on the road, so Traives CTV/RTV App has offline capability to support viewing and updating valuable customer information and creating credit requests even when internet is not available.
